Shipping, Customs, and Duties

*Note to US customers: Duties will be included at checkout in order to ship all packages as prepaid. All packages ship from Canada. 

*Although very unlikely to happen, we are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties upon delivery.

• All shipping times shown at checkout exclude any possible clearance/customs delays - therefore, I can not 100% guarantee delivery dates.

Note to all customers OUTSIDE of Canada or USA: You are responsible for tracking and paying any import fees and duties once your package arrives in your country. All packages are shipped through Canada Post, therefore you will have to enter your tracking number into your countries shipping service to view and pay these duties. 

** Any loss, damage, or delays throughout the shipping process are the responsibility of the courier. Once the package has been handed off to the courier, we are not liable for any issues that may arise in transit (however, we will try our best to assist in recovering the package).

Returns

Please assure you have chosen the correct size before purchasing as we generally do not accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please do not hesitate to reach out over social media or email for any sizing related questions.
